Minced FISH (Pangasius (FISH), E331, E332, E451, Salt), Salmon (FISH), Salt (Salt, Potassium Iodate, Anticaking Agent E536), Spices (Caraway Seeds, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Marjoram, Mace, Nutmeg, Chili, Ginger, Spices, Dextrose), Meat Tenderizer (Thickener – Carrageenan [E 407a] and Xanthan [E 415], Potassium Chloride [E 508]), Binder (Stabilizer: E450 Diphosphate, Dextrose, Antioxidant: [E300 L-Ascorbic Acid, E301 Sodium-L-Ascorbate], Salt, Acidulant: E330 Citric Acid, Spice), Red Chilli, Lime Leaves, White Pepper)
Step1: Roast in oven
- Place the sausages on a baking sheet / aluminum foil in an oven tray.
- Preheat the oven and set temperature to 160°C.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Step 2: Sear the sausage
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add the sausages and cook over moderate heat, turning occasionally, until browned.
Note: Preferably use a nonstick skillet for this recipe, though you can use a stainless steel one or cast iron.
