Cooking Instructions:

Roasted Chicken with Fresh Thyme

  • Marinate the chicken breast with 1tbs thyme, 1/3 cup of butter, salt and crushed black pepper as per taste for 30 minutes.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200-180°C.
  • Tip a couple of tbsp. olive oil into a small roasting tin. Place marinated chicken into it.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through – check by poking a probe into the center to reach temperature above 75°C.
