Chicken Chipolata (Chicken, Water, Salt (Salt, Potassium Iodate, Anticaking Agent E536), Spices (Caraway Seeds, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Marjoram, Mace, Nutmeg, Chili, Ginger, Spices, Dextrose), Binder (Stabilizer: E450 Diphosphate, Dextrose, Antioxidant: [E300 L-Ascorbic Acid, E301 Sodium-L-Ascorbate], Salt, Acidulant: E330 Citric Acid, Spice), Emulsifier (E472c Citric Acid Ester Of Mono- And Diglycerides Of Edible Fatty Acids, Thickener: [E412 Guar Gum, E410 Locust Bean Gum], Dextrose, Salt), Meat Tenderizer (Spice Extracts (Nutmeg, Rosemary), Salt, Spice (Parsnip))
Step1: Roast in oven
- Place the sausages on a baking sheet / aluminum foil in an oven tray.
- Preheat the oven and set temperature to 160°C.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Step 2: Sear the sausage
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add the sausages and cook over moderate heat, turning occasionally, until browned.
Note: Preferably use a nonstick skillet for this recipe, though you can use a stainless steel one or cast iron.
