Chicken Drumstick roast in Lankan style
- Marinate with chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed black pepper, corn oil and salt. Let rest for 2 to 3 hours.
- To create the paste, pan roast cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cinnamon seeds, cloves, and dry red chili. Once it comes to room temperature, make a paste by adding a little water. Once the paste is ready, mix thoroughly with marinated chicken.
- Take a pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add whole green chili and chopped onion and roast till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and after turning brown, add marinated chicken and cook for 45min over low flame.
- Garnish with tempered curry leaves before serving.
