Cooking instructions

Please follow the very important cooking instructions below:

Step1: Roast in oven

  1. Place the sausages on a baking sheet / aluminium foil in an oven tray
  2. Preheat the oven and set temperature to 160 c
  3. Cook for 7-8 minutes

Step 2Sear the sausage

In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the sausages and cook over moderate heat, turning occasionally, until browned.
