Cooking Instructions:

Sweet & Sour Pan Fried Chicken Thigh

  • Marinate the chicken thigh with lemon juice and fresh orange juice, salt, white pepper with lemon leaves, olive oil and honey. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Keep the marinated chicken thigh to rest for 1 hour.
  • Take a pan and add some oil in it. Once the oil is hot, arrange the marinated chicken in the pan. Once it turns a golden color and reaches a temperature above 75°C.
  • Serve it hot.
