Product is delivered brined and ready-to-cook.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Let the turkey come to room temperature for approximately 1 hour before roasting. Then pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Season the Roast Mix Vegetables and the Potato Wedges with Rosemary and place at the bottom of a roasting pan or casserole dish. Proceed to place the turkey on top of the vegetables.
  4. Add 200ml of water to the pan/dish. Cover the top of the turkey with baking paper and the pan with aluminum foil.
  5. Roast the turkey for 2 hours in the center of the oven. Then take off the aluminum foil and baking paper and return the turkey to the oven at 120°C for one more hour.
  6. Once the turkey turns a nice brown color, take it out of the oven and let it rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
  7. Serve with Cranberry sauce on the side
